"This is suppose to be a family resort but in reality they cater more to adults. All of the kid’s activities, kids water park and the ice cream shop Is all the way at the end of the park thrown to the back making families walk like a mile to get to the kids stuff. After the second day you don’t want to even go back there. I stood with my wife and daughter for 7 days and my steps count range between 14,500 and 17,000 steps daily just to get around to the places you want to get too. The less amount of steps I pretty much just doing the minimum. The shows start at 10pm when the kids are tired. Definitely not a place I would ever go to again. Yes the place is nice and decent. And I only recommend Unique."

"Overall, my stay was decent. The resort is very large, so be prepared for a lot of walking. The room was clean and stocked, although the air conditioning could’ve worked better. Staff was friendly throughout the stay. The food was okay for a resort buffet, but the jerk chicken on the beach was definitely the highlight. The resort and beach are beautiful, but the rooms are a little outdated. One downside was that the pool had to be shut down at one point because someone got sick in it. Unfortunately, both my boyfriend and I became very ill with stomach issues toward the end of the trip and spent our last day in bed sick. Also, be cautious during excursions and on the beach. Many people aggressively try to sell items, photos with animals, or take you to places where you’re expected to spend money, and prices can be inconsistent. Overall, the trip wasn’t terrible, but it personally isn’t somewhere I’d return to. Just be mindful of what you eat, drink, and spend money on."

"We had an overall great stay at Princess Grand and truly enjoyed our vacation experience, especially with the Platinum services, which added a nice level of comfort and convenience throughout our trip. A special thank you to the butler team: Pierre for attentiveness and professionalism. They were helpful, responsive, and made our stay feel smooth from beginning to end. We also really enjoyed the service at the café and the Bar: Morris was excellent— Leonard pool side was also great. The specialty dining restaurants were another highlight of our stay, Venessa at jamrock, Ingrid at coffee café, Lorraine at the Italian restaurant, Teresa at the platinum lounge made dining memorable. There were a few areas where service consistency could be improved. At the Reef and Restaurant, service varied depending on the staff member and shift, and we experienced similar inconsistencies with some of the lifeguards at the waterpark and a few other dining locations. While some employees were excellent, others seemed less attentive or welcoming, which made the experience feel uneven at times. That being said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Princess Grand. The resort has a lot to offer, and with a little more consistency across all staff and service areas, the experience could be exceptional from start to finish. We appreciate the hospitality and would consider returning in the future."

"We loved everything …., there was sooooo much to do there and the food well there were so many options even for restricted diets .The pool was amazing ,beach access , gym etc . The room was amazing , even when I decided to upgrade to swim out the process was seamless . Customer service was 10/10 . The cafe gave me my latte fix everyday lol ..The drinks … well let’s just say if you love to indulge on any level they got you . The food station by the pool kept our stomachs full while we stayed out by the pool and beach .We travelled as a couple this time but We will re visit with our kids next time .So much to do there .we absolutely loved it . "Sugar cane was the best restaurant with the best service. Check-in was a long wait and not organized. Reservations didn’t matter for the Japanese restaurant took an hour to be seated. The tier levels should be explained during booking or during check-in because if you don’t ask and know a person would think they are being treated less than others."
