"I liked the ambiance of the hotel. The check in process was top tier where we sat down to check in and got a towel to wipe our hands.. Perfect view from our room. Friendly and honest staff at the food market. I left my glasses and was able to get it back. The staff there were very attentive. Workers in the main areas were polite and had a warm smile."

Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. "The excellence resort was absolutely stunning. Right away from arriving at the resort you can tell they care about customer service. The food could be a hit or miss but we just ordered a lot of the menu and there is bound to be something good. Loved the nightly entertainment. Michael tribute was so fun.
