My stay was amazing! They did daily pool games/ activities, Staff always catered to us no matter the area!! Definitely so worth the price! Food was 10/10 for resort food, Theirs people on the resort and beach daily for you to book excursions to, 2x daily housekeeping. Room was amazing just so good over all!!

The property was just as amazing in person as in the pictures. The staff at the resort are amazing at what they do. Food was great. Drinks were amazing. The spa was off the charts. If you stay at the adults only side you can go back and forth to the family side as well. Great experience. Would recommend to everyone looking for a great vacation spot.

We absolutely love this place. It is a perfect resort. The pool and swim up bar is well designed, convenient, and fun. The food is fantastic and the staff is so kind and attentive. We would come back in a heartbeat. We did an excursion with the resort to Saona island which was beautiful and well worth the price. The beach does have seaweed, but if you’re not picky, this place really is a special resort.

Great resort. Some restaurants were good some were not so much. The pools are great. Swim up pools could use a heater to warm them up for night swims or mornings. Everyone we have met was extremely friendly and always helpful. Good was good. I personally liked the hibachi the best out of all the ala carte restaurants. The bars were always a fun place to hang around. The staff cleaned the whole property daily including the beach area.

Clean and modern resort. Many pools that were not too busy, did not have to fight to get beach chairs. Not a super busy party resort, better for relaxing. Excellent beach access to a clean beach with many chairs. Staff were all very nice. Great bar and coffee bar access. Food options a bit limited for a la carte on the Adults only resort, apparently we could have booked at the joint resort's restaurants. Amazing violinist played at the lounge one night!

The swim up bar was great. Good music and bar staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner and house keeping was not very attentive most days. Had to request things multiple times until we got them because the room wouldn’t be restocked some days. Overall a very beautiful property just needs a little more attention.

I stayed at serenade in the swim up unit and can I just say wow, from when we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service making notice of Chayrell and Argapito was so great oh my God. During the trip I lost my camera in an uber and Chayrell took it upon herself to make sure I got it back which was above and beyond, the bars were beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing and the food was chefs kiss, all I can say is Serenade is heaven on earth and I cried when I had to leave

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and, most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food at the restaurants was very good, with great quality and service. I also want to highlight the amazing service from the bartenders at the pool bar — both named Jose. They were excellent, very attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience even better. The only area that could use some improvement was the buffet food, which felt a little below the standard compared to the rest of the experience. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

I wanted to give it five stars however, in order to done at the restaurants, you must book in advance and most times you won’t get a reservation until 9pm. Will say the buffet was lovely but did see 2 roaches that turned me off. Other than that, staff was excellent but could be better with the cleanliness of the rooms
