스텝들이 친절하고 회의실 필요해서 라운지 오픈전에 사용요청했는데 흔쾌히 free로 사용하게 해줬습니다. 인도가 겨울도 기온이 그리 낮지않아서 호텔방에 히터가 없는데 방문한 시점이 1월인지라 조금 추웠어요.

1. Found dust on the desk 2. Found heavy dust accumulation at the back side code of bed table. 3. Shower head is leaking from neck, so water comes out from the neck, too. and shower head sitting part is loosen, so very difficult to fix the position of shower head. 4. tap water color is something like yellow, not transparent. 5. when I had room service for fruit, the person brought fruit to my room had very strong body smell. 6. at 2nd day, I found the bath tub is not cleaned at all, it was same as after I used in the first night. so I cleaned by myself. 7. bathrobe which I used on 1st night and hang on the bath room was not changed and as it was.

The concierge did a poor job with a simple request for a taxi.Thank goodness a manager stepped in to assist. I needed to exchange dollars for rupees but was told not all of the $ bills I had could be exchanged.They were only able to exchange some of them. I believe it had to due with the date of the bills. Also, the ATM machine did not work. I was travelling with a friend. The staff could not understand that we wanted to have the bar bill split as we each wanted to pay for our drinks. It took 20 minutes to accomplish this simple request. They were quite annoyed and made us feel that we were out of line to even ask.

Hotel in a new area outside Dehli, especially convenient for reaching the new exhibition centre nearby. The hotel has very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The gym is very well equipped and excellently run. The bar behind reception is also very nice. The only sore point as far as I'm concerned is the food, the quality of the food both at breakfast and dinner and in room service, it really needs to improve decisively to make the hotel reach a really high level

Best service so far!! I am so impressed with the staff and their genuine eagerness to help the guests! I am super impressed with Anil (Chef) and Rajesh (from bell desk), I was running late for my meeting and Rajesh noticed me running towards the lift and learnt that I haven’t had time for my breakfast. He informed the Chef and after 10-15 mins chef came himself to deliver the entire tray of breakfast in my room. I must also mention the guest service team and the reception staff, everyone were so very helpful and genuinely courteous! This is the best guest friendly hotel I have been to in the recent past.
