"Don't be put off by the name (a "lodge" has a certain meaning to me) - if you're looking for an excellent hotel near Norwest, The Hills Lodge is it. The rates were better than competitive, and the room was spacious and well fitted out. I had a small balcony overlooking a pool, and I always enjoy having an open area when staying away from home, so this was a big plus for me. The only issue I had was the connections for the TV were not accessible, preventing plugging in a laptop to watch my own...

"Generally very nice place with decent gym and pool. Room was very clean when we arrive, and the parking place is very convenient. Room cleaning service, however, was somewhat inconvenient with irregular times and quality. Did not clean toilet before asking during our 2 weeks staying. Sometimes only offered one large towel eventhough we were two of us. But all of the problems were promptly fixed when we asked to the reception. Very satisfied with them. "
