She actually yelled at me explaining WHY when I understood the reason WHY from the get go! Ugh! Ceiling leaked from above room 112 and splattered everything with water from who knows where. Lamp light did not work. Doors to hallway did not shut entirely either and being a single female, did not feel safe whatsoever. If I could give a negative response, I would. "

"You are booking as Best Western, it is not! You at Hotels.Com need to get this corrected! Best Western is pet friendly that is why I booked there. Had to board my pet! Pool was not open!😢😢😢😢 waiting on board paperwork! The most important thing was Pankita the main desk gal was working 9-9 shifts my whole stay! She was AMAZING! So helpful! People were being rude, and my daughter wanted to sit in the lobby and protect her! SHE WAS THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE HOTEL!!!!!!"
