Highly recommended
Extremely clean and comfortable stay very close to the bus station. Very friendly and helpful owner allowed us to check late at night. Would love to stay again.

Joli hôtel tenu par un couple gentil et réactif. Les chambres donnant sur l’arrière sont assez calmes et permettent d’assister (pour les lève-tôt) au lever du soleil. L’hôtel est situé à 10/15 minutes (tout en montée !) du centre de Fira, proche de la station principale des bus desservant les principaux points de l’île. Attention néanmoins : il faut traverser des routes très passantes (celle longeant l’hôtel offre peu de visibilité). La piscine bien qu’assez petite est bien agréable pour se rafraîchir et les transats sont confortables. La nuit, les échos d’une boîte de nuit se font un peu entendre même dans les chambres à l’arrière, j’imagine que les chambres donnant sur la route sont d’autant plus exposées au bruit. Petit bémol: une gestion un peu curieuse et parcimonieuse des produits de toilette. Sur les 3 petites bouteilles de gel douche/shampooing présentes à mon arrivée (pour 4 nuitées), une avait été retirée par la femme de chambre dès le lendemain (pourquoi ??) Bien que le stock ait été épuisé le 3ème jour, il m’a fallu aller réclamer un réassort. J’ajoute que la présence d’un après-shampooing serait appréciable. Un transfert pour l’aéroport est proposé pour 25€/pers (tarif dégressif), pratique si l’on veut s’épargner de porter ses valises jusqu’au bus, mais cher compte tenu du fait que le trajet dure 10mn tout au plus. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner et ne peux donc commenter cette prestation. Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. À recommander

The property was very nice and walkable to Thira. The young man at the reception area was very helpful. He helped with luggage and arranged our volcano mountain tour. The room was nice especially for the price.

Great place close to caldera views. Pool is a huge plus! A bit noisy from road traffic and music from town at night but worth it. Staff was awesome and very welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommended
The hotel was AMAZING! Superb facilities, lovely pool, great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff - saw the owner everyday, he always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms have been modernised but still have Greek character. AC was superb too, beds comfy and a lovely rainfall shower. Location excellent also - 5min walk into Thira centre.

Positive experience with exceptional value for money.  PRO: - Hosts: exceptionally hospitable, cute, and kind. They spoiled us with welcome drinks, candy, and even a bottle of local wine upon our departure. -Rooms: recently renovated, minimal and modern, full equipped with a great terrace table and Chairs. Great views around. - Location: 5 minutes walk from the balconies of Thira (reached by a slight climb). - Hotel: simple, but not spartan. Clean. Equipped with amenities (pool, towels, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, etc.). Points of improvement: -LOUD AC.Unfortunately, the hotel is located near a fairly busy street, so sleeping with open windows can be ANNOYING. On the other hand, the windows are very well insulated and brand new. If you close the windows noise from the outside disappeares but better not to use AC cause it is noisy too. We would suggest to fix this issue. - BED: A point on which the hotel can definitely improve is the comfort of the bed: mattress is 'too rigid. A topper would be a great asset to make things better. Despite this Anessis is a structure that I would recommend. Owners are lovely and the place is quite good overall. We would visit. Again for sure.

Clean hotel, great location
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. The room was very clean and the location was great for visiting the town center and scenic spots. Highly recommend!

They made our transfer from the airport to the hotel easy and gave up a ton of activities to do on the island. Room was spacious, very clean, and had a wonderful view! Hotel was quiet and the pool made for a nice afternoon break from the heat. Extremely close to the bus station and the centre of Fira. Would recommend this to anyone not wanting to pay and arm and leg for a hotel in Santorini.

Sunrise close to bus station
Sunrise is beautiful, bus station is close even if road is well driven. Pool is a bit small but refreshing. Room is spacious enough and not too warm, but ants and strange smell was not fresh.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale vicino al centro di Fira e alla stazione degli autobus. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti e in ordine con un balcone con una bella vista. Possibilità di usare gratuitamente la piscina. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Our stay at Anessis was pleasurable. The room was in good condition. The best thing is the location - 5 minutes walk from Fira bus terminal which is super convenient as all the island buses run through this place.

Overall this place was a lack luster. There were some communication issues and the front desk thought we were leaving at 4am. When we corrected them the next day, they seemed mad at us. Not sure what the big deal was, as we were staying awhile. It wasn't far from town, so that was good. But we were charged 7 euros each for a very meager breakfast and that was disappointing.

Hotel staff (Irene, Dimitri and his wife) is very friendly. Hotel is clean and rooms have a balcony and a view on the sea. Eventhough hotel is not in the crowd, location is at walking distance of everything you need (bus station, food stores, car rentals and restaurants).

Po příjezdu do hotelu nás přivítal milý pán, který sice neuměl moc dobře anglicky, ale byl moc hodný. Nabídl nám něco k pití a ovoce. Vyhověli našemu požadavku, který jsme uvedly v objednávce, že bychom si přály pokoj s balkónem - dali nám pokoj s balkoném, ze kterého byl výhled na moře, aniž bychom platily nějaký příplatek. První den jsme měly problémy s klimatizací, která měla i topit, ale šel z ní pouze studený vzduch, tudíž v pokoji byla velká zima, protože bylo 9. dubna a venku asi 15 °C. Byla to ale spíše naše chyba, jelikož jsme na ovladači klimatizace mačkaly všechno možné, aby se zaplo ohřívání a ta se poté zbláznila. Hned druhý den na recepci byla paní, která uměla lépe anglicky než pán a řekly jsme jí o problému s klimatizací. Ihned to šli vyřešit a po zbytek dní to už bylo v pořádku. Pokoj jsme měly každý den po návratu zpět na hotel krásně uklizený a čistý, i přesto, že jsme na našich botech do pokoje nanesly plno písku z pláže, večer po něm nebylo ani stopy. Jediné mínus byla slabá WIFI, ale možná to bylo pouze na našem pokoji. Když jsme se s telefonem přiblížily ke dveřím pokoje, signál byl dostatečný. Poloha hotelu je ideální - dá se přímo k němu zajet a zaparkovat autem, není tam rušno a zárověň je to pouze 5-7 minut chůze do centra hlavního města Firy, kde je plno restaurací, obchodů, bankomatů, půjčoven aut, atd.

Good location
Very good location and service. Rooms were dated but good enough for the trip. Breakfast was small. Very helpful people that made the stay nice. 5 min walk to main town and bus terminal and within 20 min drive to everywhere else.
