또 다시 오고 싶은 곳
청결하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 하니아 시내랑은 꽤 떨어져있지만 (차로 10~15분 거리), 조용하고 인근에 몇군데 식당도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 좋았습니다. 가족 단위 관광객들이 상당히 많았고 북적이는 수영장 분위기도 맘에 들었습니다. 숙소 업그레이드를 해 주셨는데 매우 만족 했습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 딱 한가지, 샤워를 하고 나면 욕조 밖으로 물이 나오던데 구조적인 문제가 있는 듯 했습니다. 이외에는 만족합니다. 아 그리고 와이파이 속도도 상당히 빨라씃ㅂ니다.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and our room was clean. The hotel complex was great-pools was big enough and there were enough sun lounges. The beach opposite wasn’t very nice and the direct surroundings weren’t either. Just a short walk away from a shop, restaurants and better beaches. Overall a great holiday.

Veldig trivelig hotell, fantastiske middager.
Flott service og ypperlig renhold. Vår værelsepike var rask og nøye, hun ga oss fantastiske figurer av håndklær, nye hvær dag! Alle blide og hyggelige på en naturlig og ekte måte. Hotellet oser av soliditet, men noe slitt på treverk som engang ga solid intrykk. Eneste iriterende var dørene som skulle "gjemme bort" kjøkkenet. De var iiriterende i veien. Frokosten ok, middagene fantastisk! Kommer gjerne tilbake bare pga av kokken.

Disappointing!
Elderly couples need to know that certain areas of resort require many stairs. The design of the hotel is NOT friendly to senior citizens. When we asked to be moved because of difficulty, nothing could be done. We will not return, and advise Seniors to make certain to request rooms having good elevator access! VERY disappointed.

We were able to get to our room even though we were very early getting to the hotel. Easy access to the beach. The included breakfast is really great.

They have the sweetest staff which makes all the difference-so attentive and caring. The hotel also serves some of the freshest food. Being gluten free can also make it difficult to travel but the hotel has gluten free food products in their lobby market! They also went back to get my little one gluten free toast in the morning and used the back oven to avoid cross contamination. They were SO accommodating. Which made a world of difference to us. I was even told of their water filter in the hotel which filters all of the water. This level of health mindedness impressed me so much. I can't say enough good things about The Cretan Dream- it is the only place I'll stay at while in Crete.

I have nothing really negative to say about our stay here. Perhaps the pool is not as big as I thought it would be and getting an umbrella and sunbed was quite difficult. But that is the case with every hotel I was at in Crete. Also the beach directly across the hotel is not great. But if you walk just three minutes down the road there are beachfront restaurants/bars with umbrellas and sunbeds. Very reasonable prices. Bottom line is we had a great time. And if anyone that is going to be in the area I would recommend this property.

Disappointing
An aspiring 4- star hotel at best. The reception service proved to be quite disappointing. Our room was very bad.It was situated in the basement, the room lacked any view whatsoever due to an obstructed window. Despite our attempts to switch rooms, the hotel insisted on an additional charge of 60 Euros per night. The condition of our assigned room was far from satisfactory, with everything appearing quite antiquated. Even the TV was small and outdated, and the safe required a physical key from the reception rather than a digital interface. On the brighter side, breakfast was acceptable, the pool met our standards, and parking arrangements were satisfactory. It's worth noting that the hotel's location necessitates guests to have their own vehicle for convenient access.

Such a beautiful property- unlike any other. The front desk staff are also SO helpful and available all the time. The food is incredible and the views are the best! This is the only hotel in the area that I've ever actually returned to- it is the best one in Crete! If you have time to try the spa, I highly recommend that you do! Best facial ever. Once you experience The Cretan Dream, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Cretan Dream! The staff are *SO friendly* and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was AMAZING and they had great entertainment nights with cultural dances and music. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel so going to the city centre was super easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. I already booked my next stay!

A mixed bag…. The hotel is situated on a busy road. Unfortunately our room faces the road which has a lot of traffic and the pool and bar. So it can get quite noisy. The hotel in parts is rundown - rooms are dated, furniture worn, and although fine for 1-2 nights not great for a longer family stay. It pays to have a car to visit other areas, beaches, Chania is 20 mins by car. The pool area and grounds are attractive and food & customer service is very good.

Tive problema com o ar condicionado do meu quarto, demoraram 2 dias para resolver. Sendo que o técnico chegou no quarto a meia noite e saiu as 1:30 da madrugada. Situação que só foi resolvida quando o gerente teve conhecimento e mesmo assim o atendimento foi demorado. O acesso ao quarto possui muitas escadas, o que é ruim para carregar as malas.

Loved this resort! We had the room with a private pool and it was lovely. Free breakfast buffet every morning too! Staff was very kind and offered us free golf card rides to and from parking lot as needed. They have a convince store to buy floaties for the pool which is fun too! Would definitely recommend.

I love everything about Cretan Dream resort ❤️ Pedro was amazing, he knows what a good customer service means. The breakfast was beyond my expectations, there were a lot of choices and the service was great. The rooms were clean and extravagant. My family and I will definitely come back 🥰. Cretan Dream is a top notch location
During a 3-day combined business and pleasure visit Cretan Dream delivered the perfect experience. Beautiful and stylish accommodation with all necessary features, great private pools and public pool areas, and wonderful restaurants servie amazing food. But what really made an impression was the staff; from reception to the restaurant and everywhere in between it was perfection. Professional, kind and always a step ahead. Such an incredible resort with the most spectacular views and wonderful pools! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were given a tour of all ammenities and were even driven to our rooms in a golf cart! The mini market is priced like any street side store and is jam packed with anything you may need. The rooms themselves were HUGE, with fantastic showers, baths & beds. The beds were really comfortable too. Plus, they had scales in the cupboard! It was the extras that really made this place next level amazing! We also ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. Try the Creatan salad. The spa was also wonderful and very much enjoyed. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at and HIGHLY recommend it!

Beautiful well kept grounds. Large gift shop with tons of supplies- the lady working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and able to enjoy sitting outside around the pool. Free safe parking. Only negative is the location was not ideal, you need to drive or taxi to Chania. The parking in Chania was terrible even in shoulder season so would recommend to taxi into town.

We have spent really good time at Cretan Dream Resort, especially thanks to the Staff. Even though the weather was not so good they suggested us places to visit when raining. Everyone has been really helpful with our requests, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Breakfast was so rich and the food was of really top quality : there were many local products like cheese, honey ,fresh fruit, many quality of bread, jams...I would stay there again in the future.
