Loved it! Note: there is a discrepancy between what Expedia calls the rooms & what they call the rooms. We thought we were booking a room with a private pool but instead had a private hot tub. It all worked out fine though as we had a beautiful sea view and just used the big pool. Love this place!!!

Bei Ankunft waren im Bad noch Haare vom Gast der davor das Zimmer genutzt hat. Reinigung angeblich täglich, jedoch nicht sehr gründlich. Abfluss in beiden Bädern verstopft. Allgemeinzustand der Villa lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Unfortunately we had a major issue upon check in which seems to be the norm between Expedia and his hotel (read other reviews on internet). While we paid for the 'grand villa' we were initially given a 'deluxe room.' It turns out that there is a disconnect between Expedia and this hotel. After getting on the phone with Expedia for about a half hour, it was decided that we would be upgraded to the largest room available and that Expedia would refund us the difference which they did, almost immediately. I'd hate to think what would have happened if that upgraded room were not available. Be sure to call Expedia at least a day before you arrive and ask that they contact the hotel with you on the phone to avoid an unwelcomed surprises upon check in. Aside from that, the facilities are great and within walking distance of downtown Fira. I highly suggest using their provided transportation as you will save lots of money if walking is not for you (transportation is expensive).

The outside of the rooms is stunning. The grounds are phenomenal. Having a private plunge pool made the trip. The sunrises were breathtaking. The interior left much to be desired. Very sterile feeling. Very steep stairs to get to the bedrooms. Any limited mobility would be a no go. Just carrying our suitcases up the stairs was difficult. Staff had limited hours, so that was tough. No one there for check out. There is no daily maid service. Which meant the trash wasn’t taken out during our 4 day stay, no new towels, no fresh linens. The location was not super convenient. About a 20 minute walk to Fira. Which isn’t bad, except at night the road is pretty scary to walk on. There was a small fridge (not super cold) and a microwave and some dishes, so that was nice. Breakfast in each day was nice. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Great hotel, ever so slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Fira, it’s a little oasis of calm. Pools are amazing to keep yourself cool and entertain the kids. Highly recommend!

Beautiful two bedroom apartment with private hot tub and plunge pool for ridiculously reasonable rates. Ten minutes walk from the delights of Fira with lots of high end drinking/dining options, but absolute privacy and wonderful views over the eastern side of the island when you want it. No onsite restaurant or bar, but you are literally 4 minutes from a huge choice of outside entertainment, so that really won't matter to you if you stay here. Have to say the entire staff, but especially Vallia the manager were amazing - helpful, friendly and unstintingly polite even in the face of the usual English failure to communicate in any other language than their own. If you stay here you can have a taste of a high end holiday for about a third of what that would usually cost you - you won't regret it.

We have just returned from our stay at Lilium homes. Our apartment was amazing, especially the clear view of sunrise from the bedroom windows in the mornings. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great location, walking distance into Fira and close by to Santo wines. The hotel provided our taxis for us which was very helpful and helped us to explore the rest of the island including the beautiful Oia. I would definitely stay here again.

La Villa est super, spacieuse, bien décorée, identique aux photos, la piscine privée et le jacuzzi sont très agréables. Le logement était très propre, il manque cependant quelques éléments basiques dans la cuisine sachant qu'il s'agit d'une villa avec cuisine et non d'une chambre d'hôtel: sel, poivre, huile d'olive, une passoire et un torchon. En revanche, la manager des villas n'est pas professionnelle. Tout d'abord, lors d'une demande polie pour un torchon par message, celle-ci m'a répondu sèchement avant de s'excuser par la suite avec des emojis coeurs. Le lendemain (samedi), suite à une erreur de la part de leur part concernant la réservation et l'attribution des villas, celle-ci m'envoie une dizaine de messages à la suite, sur un ton énervé pour me dire que nous n'avons pas rendu le logement en temps et en heure (notre départ était le dimanche) et que si nous rentrions pas immédiatement à la villa, nous retrouverions nos affaires faites sur le parvis. Dans l'incompréhension, je l'ai donc appelée, la manager commence alors à me parler sur un ton inacceptable, impoli et toujours énervé alors que j'essaie de lui expliquer qu'il doit y avoir une erreur comme notre départ est prévu pour le dimanche. La manager me coupe la parole, ne me laisse pas le temps de m'exprimer et me raccroche au nez en réitérant la menace de trouver nos affaires en dehors la villa. Expedia l'a immédiatement contacté pour solutionner cela, le problème venant de la manager des villas, (bonne gestion).

This is a mixed bag review as the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the villa perfectly met our needs & was in great condition but there were slips in the standard of service that didn't meet expectations. Firstly, we were offered a private transfer from the airport. I've had many of these on previous holidays & private means for and your travel party, so imagine our surprise to have to share a small SVU with two other hotel guests & each of us charged €25 - so €50 for a 10 min drive! The hotel manager gave us a tour of our 2-bed villa & made a point of telling us that we would receive a bottle of water, coffee capsules, hot tub cleaning & bins emptied everyday, there's even a welcome letter that says this, but these things did not happen daily. We arrived on Friday evening our bins were not emptied until Sunday because I asked & then they forgot to do the kitchen bin, so that wasn't emptied until Monday. At times i had to ask for coffee capsules and a change of pool towels. We were never given another bottle of water after our arrival on Friday! I asked both housekeeping & the hotel manager & asked for water on Sunday & Monday - we never got another bottle during our 7-day stay(even though I saw them give another group of hotel guests more bottles of wine whenever they asked(you get 1 bottle on arrival), I'm not bothered that we didn't get more wine but if you say you provide water daily, do so. Staff are nice but they need to up their game before the peak season

25€ airport Transfer service - if the hotel offers this, be aware you may have to share a normal 5 seater car with strangers like we did. Not the worst experience but charging a premium to be squished into a full car was not the best feeling. Also, we were only told once dropped off this is independent service and not a service owned by the hotel. This meant we had to find an ATM to get cash for the driver which was a major inconvenience without prior notice! The location of the premises is ok, rooms are spacious and pools are clean. The sea is far away so views aren’t the best. Here’s where we were quite disappointed: On the welcome letter it says that: “On a daily basis, we provide the coffee capsules, a bottle of water daily and take out the trash. We will also access to check your hot tub for maintaining the perfect operation.” None of this was done. Simply over promise, under deliver. We spent 4 days & 3 nights here, by the 3rd day we went to ask what was actually going on and the excuse was they needed a key to get into the room. Never in my life of staying at hotels have I come across this excuse. Nor did anyone tell us in advance! I also asked for a towel to be dropped off as soon as it was possible. Got back at 10pm to be let down again!! Wifi also didn’t work for us upstairs. Was here for our honeymoon. Unfortunately had a bad experience here so wouldn’t recommend. Communication needs to be better as well as delivering on promises.

Great place for a stay - short walk to the main part of Fira. Wonderful pool, private spa and apartment. Lots of guidance from receptionist

Fabulous and THANK YOU GEORGE!
My review is all about George. He's a fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble and he makes you feel as though you're in your home away from home. The accommodation is beautiful. The kids were able to enjoy themselves in the pool. The complex is close enough to Thira to enjoy the restaurants, sights and if you're brave, the donkey trail to the port. We cannot wait to return to Santorini and will certainly stay here again.

Stay here - it's worth it.
Okay, so this is a bit further of a walk from city center than I expected, but it's worth EVERY STEP. The personal pool is amazing, the space is spacious and worth the extra steps to the sites, it was absolutely amazing to come back to somewhere so spacious and perfect during this trip through Europe. The space was clean, well kept, the service was next level, and I appreciated every minute of it, I wish we could have stayed here longer.
