Absolutely amazing
아름다운 플라티스 해변이 바로 앞, 시티로 가는 버스정류장은 걸어서 1-2분, 조용하고 쾌적한 분위기의 마을. 공항/항구 무료셔틀은 굉장히 편리했고 서비스와 청결도는 완벽에 가깝다. 넓고 깊은 수영장과 선베드는 온전히 하루를 보내는데 아깝지 않다. 참고로 해가 지고 약간 찬바람이 느껴질때 야경을 보며 따뜻한 스파를 즐길 수 있는 자쿠지가 있는 룸을 추천합니다. 아침부페는 유럽식으로 깔끔하고 고급스럽지만 한국음식을 비롯 오리엔탈 푸드는 없으니 참고하세요. Could not be better. I would like to say this hotel is perfect.

Great great service.
I stayed in this hotel with very good offer; much discounted price than peak season. Every hotel condition is above the value we paid. The hotel service was just excellent, every staff including bell boy and bus driver are perfectly professional. location is also good, closed to the beach but actually It is away from the town and only way to go to the town is taxi.

Restaurant was bland and the location means you have to pay $40-$70 to go anywhere so unless you came to go only to their small beach, stay somewhere else. The front desk clerk asked for a tip on the checkout after I had tipped the spa, waiters, baggage people… not relax and chateau standard

We are also happy to receive numerous positive reviews on our dishes from both inhouse and outside visitors of our restaurant. We are truly sorry to hear that your personal taste was not satisfied.Regarding your comment on our Front Desk Team we wish to remind you that the officer asked kindly whether you wish to add a tip for the Reception Team in case you were satisfied from their services. This is one of the best property in the area. The staff made necessary change to accommodate my need from the room with unheated pool to a preferred one with hot tub. You have to make sure you pay attention with the rooms with pool whether it’s heated or not- it’s a breezy island and the pool water is freezing cold! You may be paying for amenities you can’t use. Although the room with the hot tub was cheaper, and I was not given refund but at least I was able to soak after a full day sight seeing. It’s not on the beach front but believe me the beach front properties I found out are more rowdy and noisy. So we loved our stay and the food was very nice!! One more thing- the rooms are NOT sound proof, -just so you know!! Overall very great experience, will highly recommend here especially in the warmer weather!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff at the property was horrific. I got food poisoning from their food and was sick the entire night and next day. Upon letting them know what happened, they did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t comp my meal. It is so disturbing that this was the outcome. I have never stayed at a hotel or met people who aren’t empathetic to a medical situation involving the hotels food. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning.

Beautiful hotel in a unique area with breathtaking views. One of a kind personal and service and a very nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay very much with our little dog who was also welcomed in all the areas. We will definitely come again.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Ambassador. The hotel is very unassuming when you pull up as it seems to blend in with the surrounding buildings, but upon entering the experience is top notch. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is always clean. The Sea View rooms offer an amazing elevated view of the Agean and Mykonos coastline. The food at the hotel is excellent and there are multiple restaurants on the beach boardwalk, which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The pool is crystal clear and there were always beach chairs available throughout the day. If you are headed to Mykonos I highly recommend checking this place out.

10/10 recommended! Alex at front desk was very kind! People at restaurant really attentive and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and pool area was great! They have a map and is really easy to walk around the area! They can also arrange transfers if needed! We would totally come back!
