I loved that the property was private compared to the other hotels and lodging in the area. It was a wonderful location for the sunset! Not too far from the main center in Oia, but it is about a 15 minute walk up hill. We rented a car which was perfect. Vicky was very responsive and hospitable! She left us some homemade cookies which was a sweetest touch. The bathroom shower was a little backed up, but not too bad.

I'm not sure where to begin. I believe this property has false advertising. first of all the photos do not match how the property looks. it is also a 20-minute walk straight up hill to Oia. and there are no bus stops nearby. a few things that are wrong about the property, this is not a hotel/villa. there is no reception the only person that greeted us was someone we had to contact through WhatsApp. also, per the description, there is a full-service spa and also an outdoor pool to use. Neither of these are true. I was told i was not allowed to use the pool. they told us that the pool is only for use for 1 specific room and that was all. There is no spa or reception area. Also in the listing, they list free breakfast (local Cuisine) again. there was no breakfast. when i inquired about it from the person i was talking to, she brought over a sad package of lunch meats and a dozen uncooked eggs, and a loaf of bread. we were told we had to cook it ourselves. That is not what I expect when a property offers free breakfast! Last and not least, the day before we arrived,Vicky told me that there was a ferry strike going on and told us we had to find another way to the property. I ended up having to buy last-minute flights from Mykonos to Santorini which cost us nearly 600 dollars only to find out that the ferries were still running the next day. we lost a whole day of travel and didn't arrive until 9pm that day. finally.. there are a lot of ants!!!

After 10 years as an active tourist accommodation we never expected to receive this kind of comment with false accusations and all because from the first moment you were rude and wanted to convey to us the mistake you made by paying for your plane tickets.let's get your accusations out of the way, you told us about fake photos. The room type you booked was for the suite with private jacuzzi and instead you insisted on getting another room type which was neither available nor matched your booking amount. The pool is private and pertains to another room type for which we are not responsible if you viewed the general amenities of our property and not the room type you booked.Regarding the reception we clearly mention that we are a private villa and we do not have There is a person responsible for the management of our customers who was with you throughout your stay as well as before your arrival to guide and help you.regarding the reception we clearly mention that we are a private villa and we do not have There is a person responsible for the management of our customers who was with you throughout your stay as well as before your arrival to guide and help you. Αbout our services we are also clear but your refusal to understand the description and eliminate it was your priority.You mentioned about our breakfast which of course you did not receive since your reservation did not include it and in order to help you we offered you several products free of charge. Report our site manager and the incorrect information she gave you. I am sincerely sorry that you are using lies not only through your comment but also in the channel you closed the room. Fortunately for us there are written messages between you where we clearly and without any prompting told you that there will be a ship strike and it would be good to see if your itinerary is valid. Even here you didn't bother to check your itinerary and immediately booked the plane tickets for which you are asking us for the money. Αs for the ants we have nothing to report except the way we found your room every day with food on the floor and kitchen counters. It would be good the next time you go on vacation to have better planning and if something is to blame on a personal level, don't try to transfer it to the hotel staff and with the further aim of making your vacation free with false accusations that can moment to be crossed by your text messages.Have a nice day.

Lovely Santorini visit
Ode Villa was a perfect place to stay during our first trip to Santorini. The place is in great location and the views are spectacular. If you don’t mind walking it is perfect because it is a little bit away from the crowds, but you can just make your way over there for dinner and drinks. The best part was Vicky, who is the person that oversees the property. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even made reservations and transportation arrangements for us.

The location and view from this property was amazing and if you value your privacy then this is the ideal place for a couple sipping cocktails from the private pool enjoying the amazing view, taking a stroll down to one of the stunning restaurants in Ammoudi Bay or a dip in the sea followed before chilling out at the Katharos Lounge & Vegan Meze Bar.

Good size jacuzzi, though no shade for the jacuzi. Good sized balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Regarding amenities - Kettle needed replacing - not replaced despite bringing to onsite staff's attention. It is a 10-15 minute steep walk to the main shops and restaurants of Oia.

Great private villa, close to Oia but a fair walk down the hill from the town. Worthwhile hiring a quad bike to save yourself the walk especially in the heat. The view from the balcony is incredible especially at sunset. We were disappointed with the cleaning. We had arranged for the housekeeper to clean the room while we were out exploring Santorini but both days did not come in to the room. John was remarkably helpful and accomodating with booking tours, transfers and our quad bike.

An amazing Villa!
The Villa was absolutely wonderful! It had plenty of room for a family of 4. Having our own pool was great! Most importantly it had views of the mountains and sea at all times. The manager John was incredibly helpful with booking tours and transfers. We appreciated all the extra small touches that made our time there so relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

The Best in Santorini!
As my husband and I drove around the island, we noticed the appearance and location of other hotels and villas, Ode Ville was the best in location, privacy and VIEW!! It was a quick drive to Oia, our favorite spot for dining and shopping. We stayed in the junior suite which was charming in decor and offered our own private hot tub! Many thanks to Bianka and Helen for their warm welcomes and accommodations, we didn’t want for anything including food in our refrigerator and breads on our table. You will not be disappointed!!

Excellent view of the sunset from your bed
The host (John) was so friendly to us. He made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He gave us a lot of tips about getting around Santorini. He also gave us recommendations of restaurants with a nice view. The room was amazing! Very clean. It has a jacuzzi facing the sea. The water in the jacuzzi is warm and clean. Will definitely come back someday!

The View!
The view was extraordinary, best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. The service provided by John was extra special. He went out of his way to setup dinner reservations, tour suggestions, directions etc. for our entire stay. The villa was so relaxing with a hot tub on the patio facing the sea. Again incredible views which will never be forgotten. The room is spacious with a kitchen if needed. We will definitely be back to Ode Villa, Santorini!

Paradise home in paradise!
My wife and I were on our honeymoon and frankly came across this gem by accident. Best place to stay in Santorini! Get to see the ocean and sunset in a Jacuzzi! John, the owner, and Helen, house keeper, are two of the nicest and most helpful people we've ever come across. John also showed us the key points of the island on a map :) so awesome! For our first night, they got us wine to enjoy in the Jacuzzi. We were hungry at 9pm that night, texted john, and within 20 mins, Gyros were by our door! Breakfast is there for us to make daily and delicious. Helen is absolutely amazing. We wanted ATVs, john had them by our door by next day, didn't have to go anywhere. This place was worth every penny. We really appreciate your kindness and wonderful hospitality, John and Helen!

Feel Cool
It's a perfect place to stay away from the crowd and enjoy the sunset in private. The view (from junior suite) is superb. Simple breakfast is provided though you need to "cook" a bit. John and Elena were nice and delivered great personal services. The only cons to consider is that it takes 5-20 mins to walk up to down depending on your pace. If you drive, then it's perfect. There is also a pier and a beach 5 mins walk away where you can find restaurants if you don't go up back to Oia streets.

Perfect villa in Oia. Although the location a little far, 15-20 mins by walk. It is quiet and you can take a great rest in this villa. The staffs are nice, hospitable and friendly. If we come back,we will choose Ode to stay for sure.

Amazing sunset view from inside, terrace and zacuzzi. Quiet area near Oia. Very friendly and helpful villa manager, John. Plenty of parking space. It was a perfect villa for our relaxing holiday!

Absolutely Stunning Views
ODE Villa was amazing! The manager John was extremely helpful. John met us at the Villa, gave us "his" map of the island and where to go for what. Assisted us with a car rental, he was just awesome! Now for the villa itself, the décor is really nice, the pool area is beautiful! The views from the Villa are literally the best in OIA!! The rental comes with free breakfast (supplies), lol, so you will have to cook it yourself, which was fine. It's a short but steep walk to Ammoudi Bay, but it was worth the walk! The location of the villa is perfect! We will be returning and hopefully staying at ODE Villa again!
