“The shuttle operates only at limited times: after check-in time for airport pickup or before check-out time for airport drop off. This makes the promise of free shuttle moot if you have arrivals before 3 pm. Otherwise you can get in touch with a local cab company for a paid ride.
Check-in was smooth and the room is as it is show in pictures. The TV didn't work and the room is missing a bin to dispose trash outside the tiny WC bin.

“Excellent hotel.
In the room terrace, you can see the whole Monemvasia.
It takes a few minutes to the island by car, and there is supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
Room is clean and spacious, and has separate entrance balcony.
And breakfast was good enough.
Above all, the staff were so kind and warmhearted, I felt.”
