"I noticed how the host responds to any criticism, so I will not be specific. I will just say that it was one of worst places we ever stayed in Europe. Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. "Needed a hotel close to the hospital where on of us got a broken arm set. The neighborhood is not very good but the hotel was new and outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. It was close to the metro too."
