โI was inconvenienced for one of the two days because there were no towels. I told them the delivery vehicle was late and asked them to press 0, but they said it wasn't their problem.โ
โI like the property and where it located . I was not happy that I had to pay a 200 dollar service fee and then on top of that pay for parking in their parking lot where I was staying. There was rust in my shower leaking from the handle bar. The door for the rest room wouldn't the whole way but outside of those issues. The staff was amazing, the lobby was gorgeous and clean despite the renovation โ
โStay was good price and convenient to things nearby. Room was great but they clean only every 4 days. Would be better if they cleaned every 2 or 3 days โฆ 4 felt like too many.โ

โThe room was spacious with a very nice decor. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft pillows and quality linens. The bathroom had a modern look and was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance.โ
โLovely hotel. I liked the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. It was a convenient location and super quiet too! Super charming!
If I had to say anything negative; some of the staff was kind of dry, and if you have large luggage it can be a bit of a struggle if you are on the second or third floor (due to there being no elevators). BUT itโs understandable that they donโt have an elevator.
I enjoyed my stay here, regardless, I would recommend and would book again!โ
