"Lovely"

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant, and most of the staff were welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the small gestures, like staff members holding the door and being attentive throughout our stay. However, one experience with the shuttle service was very disappointing. We were traveling with our 5-year-old child and had multiple items, including two suitcases, a car seat, and a stroller. When we arrived at the anirport and began getting off the shuttle, the driver assisted the other three travelers with their luggage. But when it came to our family, he did not offer any help at all. I was left carrying the car seat while holding my child, and he simply stood there and watched. This felt like unfair and disrespectful treatment, especially when assistance was clearly being provided to others. While tipping is customary for good service, it should be earned through basic courtesy and professionalism. Aside from this incident, the rest of the hotel staff made a positive impression. I hope management can address this inconsistency in service to ensure all guests are treated equally and with respect."

"The airport shuttle was very convenient, arriving every 15 minutes. The location of the hotel was only a nine minute walk to my car rental place, Midway car rental. The room was large, but showing signs of wear, The shower arm flange was not attached to the wall, so when you turn on the shower, the water pressure makes the whole shower head shake and rattle. Room was clean."
