“Enjoyed our stay at Sugar Boat. Lovely loft room and a tasty breakfast. Relaxed team looked after us.”

“I stayed here for two nights by myself. The guy who owns the place is friendly and put on a nice continental breakfast (salmon, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and brewed coffee). The bed was comfortable too. The building and furniture are pretty dated though and in need of upgrading. My room door lock was also temperamental. However, that said it was clean overall and the host mentioned he’s actively renovating, which is good to hear as it’s got potential to be a beautiful building...

“I don't think it's possible to utter a meaningful criticism of the Cedars. I don't propose to try. Why waste words? I hope to arrange a further short holiday later in the year.”

“This is more a hostel than a family room. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance but the floors were dirty and hair balls on the bathroom floor. The yard is run down and very cheap furnishings. I paid way too much at 247.92 to sleep on Ikea bunk beds. Communication was poor as I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Im concerned as to why they are called Bellavista on Expedia but when you get there it is Forty Winks.”

“We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Irvine.The studio was excellent. There was plenty parking in the area and shops not to far away. We would not hesitate to return.”
