“We could not stay here and had to find another hotel because the elevator was broken and we were given a 4th floor room. My husband has a heart condition and I am having back surgery next month so this was not convenient for us. Plus there was bad cell service so I could not contact Expedia regarding this. I would like a refund for this stay.”

“The room was spacious and very clean ! Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. We also LOVED the pool ! It was such a nice place to relax. Great location (10minutes walking distance to the city center). Staff was also very nice and accommodating. Only reason why I did not give a 5 stars overall is because the free breakfast was below average. But would 100% come back !”

“First thing you notice ,when you check in ,is the musky smell .My wife notice it immediately ,it was a total negative for her.The room was clean .The king size bed was awful ,along with the pillows.My wife did like the shower hot waster.Low scores were because of the bed and pillows..”

“We love Cady Hill. Our family stays here once or twice a year. The property and amenities are great as is the location to all Stowe has to offer. If you are into mountain biking, there is trail entrance from the property. Staff is lovely.”
