Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. They’re very helpful and give good recommendations for things to do in the area. The room we had was incredible and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

its a nice place to stay good ski/boot locker with boot dryer. its a short walk up a steep hill which might not suit everyone . very limited parking .

SPLENDIDO WEEKEND CON UNA NOTA DOLENTE

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo pernottato due notti nel weekend di Natale. La posizione è ottima per gli amanti dello sci o delle escursioni perché la struttura si trova a due passi dagli impianti di risalita. La nostra camera era semplice ma molto accogliente. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che i proprietari siano molto attenti all’ambiente e perciò hanno deciso di sostituire gli usa e getta del bagno con una linea biodegradabile. La colazione è molto soddisfacente perché ricca e fornita di numerosi prodotti locali genuini. Unica nota dolente da non poter tralasciare è stata la seconda notte passata al freddo a causa dei caloriferi spenti e dell’assenza di almeno un plaid da aggiungere al piumone leggero (unica coperta nel nostro letto). Purtroppo dopo una certa ora la reception è vuota e non è stato nemmeno possibile chiedere una coperta al momento. Abbiamo dormito con pile indosso e giacche adagiate sul letto tipo come se fossero coperte. Oltre a ciò, ci è dispiaciuto che al check-out dopo aver raccontato l’accaduto alla signora della reception lei non si sia nè scusata nè si sia offerta di farci un piccolo sconto, anche simbolico. In futuro valuteremo se ritornare o meno presso questo hotel, magari in estate, onde evitare di passare un’altra notte al gelo.

Good location and frendly staff

Nice hotel close to the slope. Helpful staff and good breakfast, although a little crowded at times. Tschaval has a way to go when it comes to restaurants, and be sure to book in advance, which is not always easy as you have never been or seen the places.
