"Stayed one night at the weekend as a family of four. Bedroom was only made up for two people so we had to ask for someone to come and make up the sofa bed for us. They did this within half an hour which was good. Later we realized we only had two towels though as well, but couldn't be bothered to go back down and ask for more! Parking was tricky. We arrived at about 4pm and the outdoors carpark was full. We went into the underground carpark which is a mix of spaces reserved for lots of different companies...there were no Novotel spaces left so we parked in another one and explained to the desk when we checked in. They said as it was a weekend this was not a problem. The barrier was not down on the carpark when we went in or came out and the Novotel ticket machine was switched off. We asked at reception on checkout and they said we had to pay the €21 fee, however there's nowhere to insert your ticket in the carpark so I think we didn't need to pay that!"

So clean, right at a bus stop for the airport or back into town, and the rooms are both well-designed and impeccable. Truly recommended as a value-plus experience!"

"We loved the hotel! We stayed as a family of four and everyone loved it. The staff was very friendly and kind the room was very clean way bigger than we expected. We arrived at midnight and they found us a way to get into the room. We woke up late and they still offered us food and helped us get breakfast. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!"
