We are just flying home from our 4 night stay in Grindlewald. It was a special trip for my Husband’s 40th Birthday and it has been nothing but magical. The Hotel was perfect. Rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Staff were so helpful especially Sarah! Thanks four your hiking recommendation of Pfingstegg to Baregg - we thoroughly enjoyed it! Sarah & Chris room 120 🙂

Fantastic pool!!!! So clean, stainless steel and a hot tub with a panoramic view of the Eiger. Fantastic breakfast, nice upscale spot in town, not inexpensive.

Staff was soooo nice and the facility was clean I stayed at a few hotels this ones services and cleanliest made our trip better. Breakfast was good as well. We also had lunch and dinner their very good. Only thing is there is nooo Air Conditioner.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The biggest negative was that the front desk lady that checked us in was not welcoming and not at all friendly. She should not be the first person that greets a customer when checking in. There was another lady checking customers in that was much better. Funny thing is the mean one may have been the manager. We only tried the restaurant for breakfast and it was fine. The rooms did get warm but we were able to get a fan to help the summer nights with no AC. No ac is the norm for hotels in the area.

Staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and views were stunning. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day out. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of selection. Parking was a bit limited but we didn't have a problem in the shoulder season; free charging station was a bonus. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a small fridge and microwave in the room

ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious.
