"Great property in good location"

"I had never stayed in a property which did not have a front of house staff, and was nervous about doing so, but I need not have worried. My stay at Whitlock16 was seemlessly managed from start to finish. The hotel itself is really well designed and maintained, everything was bright, well decorated and spotlessly clean. "Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"Great stay here, very close to Louisa metro station. Super comfy bed, good amenities and decent shower. It’s not the most modern or well looked after room but it did the job! The staff were super friendly and when we arrived at 10.45am we could check in, result! It was super easy to jump on the metro to go more central so definitely worth the slightly cheaper price tag as it’s just slightly further out. "

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
