"Das digitales Thermostat war defekt, der Personal sehr unfreundlich und hat uns im Stich gelassen. Die Zentraler-Lüftung hat permanent kalte Luft in den Raum gegeben. Kein Techniker im Haus oder kein Kompromiss (kein Raum Wechsel). Der Raum zwar sauber, aber sehr staubig. Die Raumausstattung war in Ordnung."

"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"
