"This is our go to Hotel in Cape Town. The staff has consistently been gracious and helpful in all respects. The two dining venues are excellent and the lobby bar a great place to have a drink before dining or going out. The treatments in the spa have always been excellent. The Taj club has excellent canapés in the drinks are always flowing. This is truly a gem in the heart of the city yet close to everything which is the reason we return time again."

"The location is ideal for those wanting to visit Cape town but still have enough peace at the end of the day. The hotel overall was excellent and the food very good with lots of choice of quality food. The only downside was the planned work improvements meant that it was often noisy and dusty during the day."
