"Very nice resort. Pool area and beach area are amazing. The resort is very small. There is one restaurant and one bar. Very convenient location for boat excursions."
"My stay was great. The staff was helpful. The problem occurred. Once we return home and found unexplained charges to our credit card reaching out to the managers of the resort we got no response. was even hung up on so very low rating in trying to resolve this problem."
"Breakfast nice a bit more variety would of been nice, rooms was always clean and most of the staff was nice and helpful, except one she probably had a bad day but didnt offset our stay."
Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
4/10 Poor
"Food, drinks and entertainment were impeccable. Service lacked. Staff was very forgetful.
It started with check in. First the front desk personal was unable to find my reservation, then I was told my room wasn't ready, it was 5:30pm. I just took a 4 1/2hr flight and 2hr car ride. Hotel check in starts at 3pm, I didn't understand how 2 1/2hrs later my room was still unavailable. I was told to sit in the lobby area and wait or I can go get a drink at the bar. After an hour of waiting, he recognizes me and apologized for "forgetting about me". I get told room still says not ready and they had to call the manager. It’s now 640pm. Finally at 7pm I am told it's ready. Bell boy drives my luggage and I there, then leaves. My room key isn’t working. Lobby is a 5min walk from my building. I had to go all the way back to the lobby to get my key reprocessed I finally got in my room at 730pm.
Then I had a massage booked for 1pm they told me come at 12 to enjoy the pool, sauna and relaxation room. The locker they assigned me doesn’t lock so they tell me use the one next to it but keep my robe and towel from my original one. I come back from the pool and the robe and towel is gone. Then I go wait in the relaxation room 15minutes before 1. After 45 minutes of waiting I say something and they realized they forgot about me, I had to then wait another 30mins for another masseuse and room.
The most I got for any of my in convinces was $20 off my massage and an apology. "
"Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly throughout the experience. We ended up having an island power outage the 1st night of 4 total which was inconvenient to everyone but understandable due to the conditions of the island. Our room was excellent and large with plenty of cooking tools, silverware available and a spacious living room area. The beds were okay. We had shower issue where the water would pour onto the bathroom floor a little bit but could be soaked up with towels. Overall great stay in a great location of Rodney Bay. "
