I liked how friendly the staff was when we checked in. However, the building overall had a gross smell, and signs of incomplete construction in the pool area. The elevate was super sketchy, so we had to use the staircase our whole stay (which was dirty, had trash in it, smelly, etc). The vending machines were all sold out of product, so we had to leave the property to get drinks. Not terrible, but we weren't really happy with the stay either. The price was good though.

The property needs improvement- it was very run down- luan plywood doors peeling apart, doors not closing properly, needs a bit refresh. The staff were lovely, and it could actually be a nice facility when fixed up. There aren't good hotels in that area so there is a big opportunity.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hot tub was not open..under repair though. Pool area needs better lighting and new paint. Breakfast was good but not many options(i.e only apple juice...no orange, pancakes, toast or french toast would be nice)0

We weren’t able to stay there. After a very long horrible day of travel no one was available to register us. We’ve paid but didn’t stay there. I hope it was a singular bad night for the hotel staff person too. I’ve never been to a unattended front desk. I did get a call from the front desk an hour after I tried to get the room key. I was in bed at another hotel by then.

Our nightly rate through Expedia was $40 dollars higher than the person in front of us at check in who just walked in. Very disappointed in this.

The full breakfast was like dog food. Eggs were slimmy soft, potates were clealy a heat and reheat, same with suasge. There was nothing else except coffee

If you’re looking for bloodstained carpets, holes in the wall, nonworking elevator, dripping faucet and dirty light switches you’ve found your place ! Staff in the restaurant (same guy who handledncheckout) was incredibly kind.

Health dept needs be notified.So many unsafe things,broken,Pool had sludge,hair all bottom.Rusty exercise equipment.Sink bathroom hanging loose.Much more.Pics to follow better business be notified.Had to leave costing me 75.00 dollars more not planned.Thank god have special needs child and was devasted.Try telling him no pool pack your bags.

The front desk lady was rude came out of the back after ringing a bell 5 times and with an attitude prior to going I called and asked if the pool was open she said yes ok when I get there the place was freezing cold the water was crazy cold and I asked the lady what was going on she said idk is on with an attitude well we waited to see if maybe the water temperature will change and nothing I went back and looked at reviews and just like me complaining about the pool so clearly they knew something wasn’t right.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel ive ever been to. The restaurant attached to hotel smelled like straight piss. We get back from casino at 2am and there is a guy landscaping at 2 in the morning, there was honeless people all over the property. We go to get in one of our rooms only to find out they gave our room to someone else with our stuff inside. There were homeless people in all lobbies on each floor. The maids used walmart shopping carts. Everything about this hotel is a dumpster fire.

It did the job but wouldn't stay again...
The overall appearance was kind of old and dingy. The elevators were not working well. The toilet in the room had trouble flushing and there were no extra blankets in the room. The water in the shower was strong but not very hot. The bar had a wonderfully friendly server but an awful smell. The free buffet in the morning was lukewarm by 7:45.

The trip started with rolling up to welcomimg cardboarded windows and less than pleasant staff. Once we go to the room via the tower of terror elevator we found our room was either not cleaned or occupied based on belongings left there. Our sleep was accompanied by the wonderful ambionce of screaming neighbors and other guests attempting to gain entrance into our room. In 1.5 hours (between 12:30 and 2 am), there were 4 people who were trying the key card and rattling the door, including the undomicialed and the previous renter who was fully intending on sleeping in the room he was also paying for. Once we left the room, passing under the water stains and mold, we traveled the tower of terror again to our vehicle. Staff have not corrected the issue since a manager is not onsite nor attentive to dumpster fire of a hotel they run. I will never stay at this hotel again; I would rather participate in the hunger games mixed with survivor, since this hotel is a worldstar version of such.

What a nightmare. It was super loud but the worst part... later in the late night, there was something bad going on in the room right next to me. There was crying, kids screaming, a man repeatedly saying "slit your wrists". Repeatedly. A woman yelling to a man not to hit her kids. Her telling her kids to look themselves in the bathroom, and much more. It was terrifying. I called the front desk 4 times, the last time saying if they didn't check to see if the woman/kids were ok, I'd call the police. I failed. I should've called the police. I was so afraid. I would've left and slept in my car with my son but I was truly afraid. I was afraid for the lady, her kids, and I was terrified that the guy would know I had reported him. I will never ever forget this. I pray they are ok.

As we walked in in the lobby there was a smell of smoking, elevators seem usnsafe to use, on my floor one of the buttons for the elevators was covered by duck tape, we used the stairs. The door in our room seemed not to shut properly, on our second night there was a huge argument in the hallway after midnight which did not allow me to sleep well as I felt unsafe. I do not recall staying at a hotel like this ever.

The pool was cold not heated like they stated, the pool room was freezing the heat didn’t work in there, the room wasn’t very clean, the hallways smelled like cigarettes although it was supposed to be smoke free, & then I went to give my children a bath & the water in the bathroom was barely luke warm. Very disappointed the clerk was rude when I tried to explain. Pretty had no care in the world.
