"Hotel was well located for the University Federico II where I attended a conference. It is close to Maradona Stadium but otherwise it is somewhat isolated. Easily accessible by public transport and relatively in easy reach of the airport. Restaurants are somewhat mixed fare.
The hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only slight concern was the food which is in need of some attention. The hotel refers to its restaurant as fine dining but it really isn't."
"When we arrived the lock on the door didn’t work, took about an hour to resolve which was quick but meant we couldn’t leave to go and explore Naples. There was also a dead bug squashed onto the bathroom wall. The rest of the hotel was nice and location was okay, a short walk to the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "
"Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. "

"The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The view was also excellent but the staff made all the difference. They were polite and over-the-top helpful. We have no reservations about recommending the hotel. We will use them again."
"We spent 2 nights here. It felt very safe here outside the city. A 10 minute drive away was the harbor area with dining options. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very quiet. The building was a bit older but clean. The breakfast was good. And the view was just spectacular. Overall we had a good visit."
"Bello hotel boutique. Claudia y el resto del personal nos trataron de maravilla! Limpio, con absolutamente todo lo necesario, desayuno incluido. Volveremos!"
