Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered.
