We had a great stay, the hotel is well located with the bonus of plenty of parking. The staff are all very nice and helpful breakfast was great. We also used the bar and restaurant and enjoyed both.

Really cannot fault our stay here. In a triple room with our granddaughter. Room was comfortable and clean with a great ocean view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful particularly in accommodating our granddaughter (5yo). The pool was a bonus. Food was super - a good selection at breakfast, with a delicious dinner menu too. Site was an easy bus ride to St Helier...the bus stop being just 3 mins away, with the lovely coastline a further 5 mins walk. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the food in the restaurant requires significant improvement in terms of both quality and choice. This is an area that needs attention; otherwise, guests may increasingly prefer to dine elsewhere rather than use the hotel restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the breakfast choice was very good and we enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant. The room we stayed in had damp stains on the ceiling and the carpet hadn't been hoovered but apart from that, it was clean . There was a good bus service into St Hellier where you can get buses to other parts of the island.

The hotel was very good. It had excellent facilities (especially the pool). The staff were very friendly and helpful. For someone who has cycling around Jersey, the fact that the hotel had plenty of bike racks was a big bonus, including some that were under a shelter. The breakfast and restaurant were of a good quality. The only suggestion would be to look at Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. It was very hot during my stay and while the hotel had placed a stand up fan in the room, air conditioning would have been useful

Wonderful premises with great facilities

Stayed for a couple of nights and was delighted with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant and facilities were great, and the staff fantastic. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to returning.
