Hotel is not meant for tourist, or anyone that does not speak Chinese. There are zero TV channels that are not Chinese only and Wifi is challenging to sign into. Just 1 restaurant and it is Chinese food only and closed at 5pm for dinner. No room service menu and nobody in bar lounge to order a drink. Billard room was chained closed. Very disappointing stay.

a great place to relax

Found it by chance when we looked for a place to stay when we planned a visit to ice world. We will definitely come back. including bringing some friends. Just the early check out was a bit tough for lazy cats like us. But we understand that the rooms neeed to be prepared for the next guests.Also food was great and orders from menue even not very expensive.

酒店很新，而且靠近融創茂，行去只要6至8分鐘左右，非常方便！ 不過早餐時段人好多，建議早啲既時間去食！

工作人員接待有禮，但浴室小物品要自行到前台取，房間沒有準備，很環保；浴室滲漏情況嚴重，晚上明顯聽到滴水聲，導致地板邊有積水，牆角發霉，無清理；要求無煙房，結果安排了吸煙房間（還好有給空氣清新機），要求換房間後終於安排了無煙房，洗手間仍有舊水瓶遺留在垃圾桶後，清潔較粗心

Rooms are new, hotel service a disaster

Check in experience was horrendous, had to wait for over 30mins just to check in. Rooms are new and generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was like a refugee camp. 1. Staff unable to provide a table despite tables outdoors available but not set. 2. Food items refilled inconsistently, no hot water station. 3. Needed to get my own cutlery from the drawers.

Hotel is nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The front desk can be a bit more speedy on room assignments, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get our rooms. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the Sunac indoor snow park located in a large shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants on the 3rd floor of the shopping malls. Across the shopping mall in the back ally of the apartment buildings, there are many street food. Overall experience of our stay was great and we will come back again.

neues Hotel mit toller Ausstattung

Das Hotel ist neu und eigentlich sehr Empfehlenswert aber es gibt noch viel woran man arbeiten müsste. Supertoll war das man mir zum Geburtstag einen Kuchen geschenkt hat Das was schlecht ist war der allgemeine service beim Frühstück. Am ersten tag waren wir um 9:10 uhr dort und es war grösstenteils alles leer!....ausser dumblings und Suppen die für ausländer schwer zu erkennen war da Dort nichts beschriftet ist. Am 2. tag waren wir um 7:00 uhr beim frühstücken und da konnte man sehen wie gut das frühstück normal ist ☺️. Es fehlt hier wirklich eine Person die das Personal was auffüllen soll kontrolliert. Ein wenig English sprach kenntnisse an der rezeption wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmerreinigung ist absolut herrvorragend.
