Winter Syndrome

It is a good hotel but it commits the same mistake like other hotels in Winter, turn off room air-conditioning which makes the air inside the room stuffy and hot while outside is cold. However, the management responded very professionally and resumed air-conditioning within a few hours.

酒店本身舒適，服務員態度良好，只是四周圍住都係地盤，晨早開始到夜晚11點都係咁打椿，真係好嘈，酒店所謂免費提供耳塞，有D多餘.5星酒店住到咁,我都係第一次.

Good hotel at a not so good location

It is a very comfortable stay with all the mod cons of international brand 5-star hotel. Clean room with good amenities and reasonable breakfast. However, hotel location not great unless you have a car, quite far from the town area. Also, the executive lounge is closed

The hotel is great. Clean and modern, very good service, buffet breakfast is good. The only thing is the location - there’s nothing much around it, not much choice for food in the area. And it is hard to call a taxi. But the hotel itself is great. I am on a business trip and my work is ten minutes walk from it so it’s fine with me. The room is big and comfortable with a great view.

非常好的一間飯店 櫃檯人員都非常貼心及親切 每天會付兩瓶水 適巧遇到颱風 所以點了飯店的餐點（pizza）意外地相當好吃 因為吃太慢還請服務員做了加熱 他們也很快速地處理 唯一的缺點是那邊比較偏郊區 所以買東西比較不方便（風景是不錯的） 不過飯店也有提供叫車服務 到機場大約200元左右 另外提醒初次來深圳的旅客請千萬不要隨便搭機場內跟你搭訕要載你的人 直接搭計程車就好 就這個價位來說 是ＣＰ直很高的飯店喔！

The staff (other than managers) struggled with english. It took 2 people to check me in. When checking in, I asked how much the buffet breakfast was and I was told 1022 Yuan. I thought that is pretty expensive so I opted for room service "American breakfast" at 108 Yuan. Ordering breakfast took about 5 minutes, again due to language barrier. Breakfast was cold when it arrived. When breakfast was delivered, the girl gave me the bill. I asked to charge it to my room since I had put a 1000 Yuan deposit down when I checked in the night before. She used her translate app on her phone to say the Front desk said no deposit so must pay cash. Not thinking, I paid her cash and she left. I went to the front desk about 90 minutes later and asked if I had any changes on my account and was told, breakfast. I explained that I paid cash. He kinda smirked at me and said he would discuss with the kitchen and sort it out. At checkout I was told that there were no breakfast charges but mini bar charges. I didn't have a mini bar. I said there shouldn't be any charges. I had asked for a taxi to the airport and the other clerk tried to rush me to the taxi before my checkout was complete. She said everything was clear and my deposit would be refunded and I was rushed out without getting an invoice. FYI, I found out after that the morning buffet was the same price as my room service breakfast. Poor wifi.

Comfortable Coli

Seeing a little roach scurrying on the bed pillow wasn't what i expected upon arrival. Staff did its best to locate it but it proved elusive. They put me in another room and apologised, and a complimentary fruit platter helped somewhat. Other than that, room and gym were nice. Swimming pool guidelines requires swim cap and was a hassle. Concerige, Fei (something), apology for forgetting surname, was a great help in advising how to use the public bus when returning to hotel. They provide a useful free shuttle service to nearby Airport Bus Service for connection to the Int'l Airport (¥30). B'fast was average with little variety over the 6 days i stayed.

大堂櫃檯的職員有禮，很努力地解釋給我們知道如何步行/乘搭酒店穿梭巴士到大運體育館，只是櫃檯竟然沒有一條排隊的行列，以致比我們後到的客人因為隔離櫃檯職員先招待完他的客人而比我們更快得到服務。 另外，房間天花的燈壞了不能關上，打了兩次電話叫職員來都沒有人理，結果整晚都要開著燈睡覺。

Location not so convenience for tourists. Is purely for MICE and business meeting. Not all restaurants are open in the day. Security is good but concierge knowledge of local transportation / transfer to HKIA is very little.

房間很大，非常舒適 洗手間有淋浴亦有浴缸，也有掛衣的繩可拉出，超級方便 地上的地氈很乾淨，也很柔軟，床舖也很不錯，睡得很好 隔音也感覺也不錯，沒有聽到走廊或隔壁住客的人聲 整體十分好！推薦！
