"This hotel was exactly in the centre of Shenzhen, Seg Plaza is downstairs as well as every single electronic store you can think of including DJI etc, coffee bar, tons of restaurant that are walking distance. Location was 10/10. Also, the hotel staff were excellent, Victor specifically went out of his way to assist me with a package that I was having trouble receiving, he contacted the delivery company several times, added me on WeChat to inform me and update me on the package status and his colleague even helped me transfer the funds to the company as I was having some issues sending the money. They basically sent the money for me, and I sent it back to them. Amazing team over all, thank you Victor and the team ! Oh yea, and when the package arrived, they sent a robot to my room to deliver it, super cool ! When I return to Shenzhen, I will be staying at this hotel again for sure."

The free drinks redemption can give a miss, the drink is tasteless! "

Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical.
