Tudo muito bom, atendimento impecável. O restaurante no hotel dá uma comodidade que ajuda bastante também. Tudo que precisei foi prontamente resolvido e voltaria novamente. Tenho um ponto a melhorar que é sobre o chuveiro, ele é a gás e tem uma boa pressão de água.

Ao chegar as 20h00 na recepção o atendente nao sabia que a diaria estava paga. Tove que emviar o comprovante para eles via WhatsApp, Pedimos duas chaves so deram uma e nao teve acordo. Ao fazer o Check-out mais hma vez perguntaram se eu havia pago a diaria. Ou seja um descontrole total deste hotel. O cheiro de mofo é de mais no quarto.

Em geral os atendentes são super gente boa, amamos o lugar acomodação, sentir falta apenas de uma copa que tenha microondas ou algo do tipo ou um quarto com microondas pois estava com uma criança e sempre tinha que descer para esquentar água para fazer mamadeira sendo que na madrugada é ruim incomodar, atendimentos da cozinha achei bem demorado todos os pratos e café da manhã no domingo não tinha quase nada. De resto amei super apesar dos imprevistos voltaria com certeza❤️

A localização do hotel é incrivel, na frente da praia do tombo, pé na areia! Dou nota 10 pra localização, mas os servicos em si posso dar 7, liberaram a entrada pro quarto, mas não fez check-in no sistema do hotel, com isso o wifi nao funcionou ate ele fazer no sistema, a tv nao funcionava, o telefone tbm nao, falamos na recepção que mandou um tecnico que olhou e falou: é realmente nao esta funcionando, vou avisar a recepção! Ué, isso eu mesmo fiz kkkkk o café da manhã bem simples, abriu as 7, desci as 7h40 e quase nao tinha mais nada!

Lugar tranquilo de frente para praia

Legal para quem não tenha nenhum problema de mobilidade pois não tem elevador porém uma larga escada com corrimão confortáveis com o ornamento bonito subindo as escadas quartos confortáveis boa variedade de alimentação e excelente espaço para estacionamento do veículo

Atenciosos mas hotel mal cuidado

O atendimento foi muito positivo. Inclusive nos extenderam o horário de saída como agrado. No entanto é um hotel velho e está mal cuidado. O restaurante é um pouco sujo. O quarto que ficamos tinha muito barulho. Provavelmente não voltaremos outras vezes.

Hotel de frente para a praia, ótima localização! Equipe muito atenciosa! Tivemos todo suporte que precisamos, e ainda ganhei upgrade de quarto e sobremesas pelo meu aniversário e do meu marido.
