"Everything was great. Clean and comfortable room, very friendy and helpful staff. Only one fault, the room was too hot and the air conditioning poor with only one thick bed cover. "

"We had a great experience on our stay at The Grafton Hotel. Cleaning staff were very friendly and did an amazing job . The front end staff including Adam , Simon, Gareth and Noel made excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions while in Dublin . Our luggage was delayed a day from the airport but the staff called as soon as it arrived at the hotel. We felt they cared and we appreciated it. "
