“Good location in Galway to experience the sea views and bay. The hotel itself is a little tired, but reasonably clean. The staff in the restaurants and lounge are exceptional! This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt...
