“The rooms were very, very old, the beds were very creaky, and everything in all the rooms was very old. What was especially difficult was the old air conditioner. The noise was so bad that I couldn't sleep, so I couldn't use the air conditioner. It was a waste of money.”

“It was good for the price and the breakfast was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that no one spoke English, so it was difficult for foreigners like me to communicate. Other than that, it was very good. ”

“Cheap and good for stay for a day near airport. There are some supermarket and store near by. They have poor amenity. But free shuttle to airport covers all”

“Hotel bem simples.

“It was clean beautiful.. I will stay there always.”

“Hardware is excellent—modern rooms, solid amenities, comfortable beds, and a decent view. Everything physical works well. Software is a disaster. Check-in took a full hour with zero efficiency or communication. Staff randomly knock on your door at odd hours to wake you up and ban hanging clothes on the balcony. They also slap you with completely wrongful extra charges using flimsy excuses—baseless fees invented out of thin air. This place feels nothing like a proper hotel. If you speak English,...
