The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had a lot of rain and we lost power not surprising in Ecuador. No power no air conditioning. I will not return

Excelente lugar, súper acogedor excelente para pasarla un día cocinar descansar, tiene Netflix, muy buena limpieza y atención, estuvieron al pendiente de la llegada, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, miniMarket cerca. Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en pareja o sola! Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí.

La relación precio oferta es perfecta. La habitación es cómoda y todo está muy bien. El único pero es salir tratar de tomar un taxi. Toca esperar mucho o caminar a la principal
