The traffic driving to the hotel from the airport was busy but ok. The hotel was nice, comfortable bed, small bathroom but good hot water and restaurant onsite is good.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The aircon was excellent. The shower was wonderful- hot water and a rain shower. The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as there are ample restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room had a view of the river too, which was tranquil. Overall, it was perfect for our one night before moving onto the Galápagos Islands. I’d stay again and would recommend to others who are visiting Guayaquil.

Very good staff at front desk and in restaurant, and even outside helping me get a driver to my destination. I had first thought it a bit remote but just around the corner is the chocolate museum and walking streets with many restaurants. Across the road of course the malecon and onky a couple of blocks a Mi Comiseriata. Coffee was hot at the buffet and they kept the food stocked. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone
