Non quello che ci aspettavamo

L’appartamento non corrispondeva a quello descrittivo corredato di foto (pertanto le valutazioni per la scelta della struttura ha comportato dei disagi). L’acqua sia in cucina che al bagno non era mai fredda. Non era possibile regolare l’acqua della doccia che peraltro era poca, dal doccino usciva un filo di acqua. Le pulizie non sono giornaliere come indicato. Il kit di cortesia per un soggiorno di 4 persone per tre giorni consisteva in 2 mini boccette di bagno doccia. La pulizia della piscina e della zona piscina non era il massimo ( ad esempio si trovavano rimanenze di bastoncini di gelato o mozziconi di sigarette del pomeriggio precedente). L’uso della piscina è condiviso con persone che accedono dall’estero della struttura. Ad esempio una mattina sono arrivati molti bambini di un centro estivo del posto. La dotazione delle stoviglie, etc non era il massimo. Le camere nel complesso erano curate e pulite.

A small castle surrounded by greenery, on the top of a hill. Lovely and always available staff. The swimming pool is also excellent.

Posto bello e tranquillo, non facile da trovare senza navigatore, perché non ci sono cartelli sulla strada alla base della collina su cui si trova. Inadatto a persone poco mobili perché sembra privo d'ascensore e le scale sono strette.

La struttura nell’insieme è gradevole occorre prestare attenzione quando si prenota perché dalle foto non si evince che alcune soluzioni non sono nel corpo centrale della struttura ma in dependance, sarebbe opportuno saperlo prima per non disattendere le aspettative. Personale disponibile.

Bellissimo castello in un boschetto a 15 minuti da Gubbio. Decisamente silenzioso e adatto a chi vuole allontanarsi dal traffico. La stanza era comoda e pulita, con angolo cottura, sala e camera da letto. Il bagno andrebbe un po' ammodernato. Ottimo soggiorno.

Lovely country hotel

Most helpful and friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. Good breakfast although restaurant not open at this time of year for evening meals. A sign post at the junction with the main road would be helpful and reassuring! A great 3 day stay.

Bel albergo circondato dal verde

Siamo stati a dormire per una notte, l'albergo è molto bello e rustico. Sono presenti 2 piscine all'aperto. (non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire in quanto fuori stagione) il personale è molto gentile e ospitale. La colazione è stata abbondante e di ottima qualità. Siamo stati molto contenti della camera, grande e silenziosa. Qualche riserva solo sul bagno (privo di bidè).
