"Overall, our one-night stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with complimentary dessert tarts, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to start our stay.
Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. My wife and I also really enjoyed the fitness center and were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful, modern architecture and overall atmosphere.
The hotel has plenty of convenient amenities as well. We especially liked having an on-site bakery and gelato shop, which made it easy to grab a snack or dessert without having to leave the property.
The location was another major advantage. Having a mall nearby made shopping and finding anything we needed very convenient, and the hotel was also reasonably close to the airport, which worked perfectly with our travel plans.
Overall, we had an excellent experience at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The combination of comfortable accommodations, thoughtful service, great amenities, and a convenient location made our short stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Surabaya."
