"Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. "

"The property is very convenient if you are flying out of the city airport (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery - AEP). It is easy to take an uber to the airport. The location is quiet and there are cafes near by. The room is very clean, the staff are friendly and I would recommend that you stay here. "

"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"Room needed repainting. No body lotion but shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand wash and hand cream was supplied. Couldn’t turn off the noisy air conditioning unit with the remote in Room 101 which was a shame as would have preferred the breeze from the balcony window. Lovely building and area perfect for restaurants and bars. Arrived very late so didn’t get to use the spa facilities. Was offered free glass of wine. Despite the trouble with the air conditioning unit, I would still recommend this hotel if you want something different from the usual hotel chains."

"Lots of good restaurants nearby, the hotel is a little tired"

"Very good location with shops nearby. Apartment is outdated, but the beds are very comfortable. It was clean, although had a strong odor, that didn’t go away for the whole stay. It was hard to find the staff at check in and check out. At check in they take your finger prints that is weird and humiliating. Never experienced this in other hotels in BA. "
