Pas de vue piscine, un balcon sans réelle vue sur la mer , on nous promet une terrasse où bronzer, ah manque de bol, la vue est coupée par un mur. J’ai envoyé 3 mails à l’hôtel avant d’arriver : aucune réponse. Quand j’ai appelé pour savoir si transferts ou taxi et combien prévoir on m’a répondu sèchement que je n’avais qu’à demander au taxi. "J’étais dans le logement Amandier, le plus petit mais déjà très spacieux. Équipement simple mais suffisant, décoration sympa, c’était parfait pour 4 nuits ! Stécy et Hendrick sont adorables et réactifs. La piscine est top, tout comme le spa. Tout ça est idéal pour se relaxer. J’y retournerai volontiers ! Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé..."
