โFenix Hotel is a modified apartment complex that is now run as a hotel. The concept is cool, modern, and honestly works great! It is very close to walk of fame and Chinese Theater! There are gates with codes all around the property, it is very safe. The rooms are clean, and well stocked with everything you need and more. Several families that were staying in the hotel were very clearly launching there for days at Universal and Disney. Overall, itโs a fun, unique stay in the heart of Hollywood. โ
โThereโs โunique,โ and then thereโs Gold-Diggers, a five star boutique hotel above a sound studio and small venue night club. Music is the theme! Vinyl turntable in room. vinyl house gift too, along with drink tokens and access to whatever show is happening downstairs. Incredibly helpful staff, but be prepared, the staff is also working the sound studio and everyone goes home at 6pm. After that youโre on your own, more like a high end hip guest house than a hotel.

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed.
The room was very dirty, smoking smell in the bathroom, old food in the refrigerator, and bad smell from the towel. Also, the street was so loud so I could not sleep well.
The dirts were coming from the heater, and it was also loud. The street is dangerous, so I recommend not to walk when skies are getting dark. "
