“We like the open space in the living and dining areas, has everything you need to cook but you need to bring your own spices and oil. The place is also clean and easy walking to the public beach access ( less than 10 mins walk , across the road). ”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
