Our stay at Ayala Ocean View was superb! We stayed for 4 nights and were so sad to leave! The food was great, rooms were incredibly clean (and also cleaned twice a day!) and spa was so lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us - they organised sun beds for us on the beach, lent us snorkel equipment and even let us shower in a spare room after we had checked out. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Absolutely fantastic!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay, the staff are incredible, rooms clean and spacious and the food absolutely delicious. I was nervous about being a solo traveller, and this wasn’t a problem at all, variety of guests and friendly staff made for a very welcome stay! Will definitely be returning!

I had a great three night stay at Ayala Ocean View. The room was spotless, spacious, bright, and everything worked! Also very quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. Nice views from my top floor room and patio outside. The staff were kind, attentive, and respectful. The shower was a bit fickle--alternating unpredictability between cold and scalding hot, but this was just a small inconvenience.

I think it is the best on the island, cleanliness, customer satisfaction and food, yes, all the food was very nice and it is a very nice restaurant. Breakfast is not very large but very satisfying, including croissants, lavas, pancakes and many more types of cakes. very extensive menu for lunch and dinner friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are cleaned twice a day :) and and very near bikine beach just 1 munite walking , freesunbed and unberalla under remaining feet, clear water of maldives

Hotel with loads of potential but few mistakes

Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, however, I booked a superior room and got an interior room with views to a 1spm patio with all aircon engines. When asked for a change, they told me it was not available. Breakfast was basic but nice and tasty, as well as dinners. On check out I was asked by a gentleman to pay for the room and meals, yet everything was already paid for.. I did not mind, yet I found it very unprofessional. Sundbeds at 'bikini beach' are def a plus.

Terrible

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights only but it felt like 2 weeks. The room was dirty and the view terrible. There are so much constructions going on around the island and its very limited things to do. Beach area was OK, but nothing special. Some of the staff members were really helpful, but others the opposite. We were given incorrectly information by the reception multiple times causing our plans to crash. There were huge insects in the room coming from the washroom. No warm water at the beginning, so staff had to fix it. The electricity dissapeared out of the blue(only in our room), so the staff had to fix it.

Excellent choice! I really recommend this hotel

We really loved our stay at this hotel. It was the best choice ever. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the room had everything we needed. The location was good, food was extremely tasty and diverse. The hotel made our stay there very enjoyable and for sure we want to return there one day.

Great place to stay (also with family)

Great place to stay - THE place at Gulhi. The only issue is the construction work next to the hotel (8.00-16.30 daily). Not a big issue for us. Very friendly staff and great service at the hotel (would recommend half/full board). Twice housekeeping per day is great!

Great hotel on a quiet island with wonderful beach

We started our Maldives holiday with a visit to Guhli Island (small local fisherman idland) staying at Ayala. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were looked after very well. The hotel is very nice on a very quiet island with a beautiful beach. We had free designated sun loungers in a prime spot on Bakini beach. We chose half board, but we found outselves drawn back for all other meals because the food was so good. We would love to go back and visit again one day.

We stay at Ayala Ocean View 1 week and its the best hotel on the Island. If you are looking for a nice accomodation for a good price, I can just recommend. Staff very helpful, Hotel new and clean, food also very tasty. Next to hotel is these day a big construction, so they make some noise from 8:00-18:00 everyday but thats the only negative point. Dont hesitate and book early, that u get your room 🙂

Best holiday experience with child

Hotel was the best you could imagine I was with my son, which is a fussy eater he love the food over there me to. Best restaurant on the Gulham is in Ayala. Big choice from burger to chicken tikka masala. All the staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I had very good feel about that hotel. From the moment you book the room they looking after you till the moment they get you back to Airport. You can prearrange transportation from Male Airport for $25 per person paid at the hotel and contact through the WhatsApp. Very very clean hotel they do clean rooms twice a day. Thank you to the Francis from reception and the other young lady and lovely people in the restaurant and all the others which I don’t know the names but they make my stay very memorable. Ps the air condition works great as everything else in that hotel they even have premier league Chanel. Thank you very much
