"Our stay was good and the room was quite nice when we finally arrived, however it was impossible to reach the hotel staff beforehand to ask questions. The only contact info available was actually a phone number for customer service at hotels.com – who couldn’t help us at all. Something that is very good to know is that check-in actually is at 11 pm, which generally is quite unusual. For the hotels in this area it seems common though. "The place is just as you see in pictures. I had an AC/Heater but we didn't manage to make it work properly so it was freezing. Overall it was okay, our only intention of staying there was because it is extremely close to Gimpo Airport and it was cheap."

"First off, it doesn’t tell you until after you book, that your “check-in” time is 10pm. We showed up at 6pm (after being stuck in Seoul traffic for 3+ hours) and wanted to relax. Just to find out that it was an extra 30,000 won if we checked in at that time. We paid this so that we had somewhere to park our car and leave our bags. Bathroom is tiny and could see some mold starting to grow on the grout along the wall. On a bright note, it is walking distance to Coex mall."

"Good value hotel with great service. I've rated the hotel taking into account the cost of the hotel, relative to what we received. The hotel decor is dated but is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast - although not a huge spread like some hotel, they had sufficient choices and what they did serve was tasty and of good quality (better than some breakfast I had to paid additional for). The breakfast options is much like the breakfast they serve in Japan, so didn't not really have western options. Having coin operated washing machine facility onsite was super convenient. Check in and express check out, were both quick and easy. Staff were helpful, for example ordering take out for us. "
