โExperience was good with the staff, room, food, room service, etc. the location is little disadvantaged as it will be atleast 5-6 kms that you have to travel to any city attraction.โ

The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. โ

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.โ

I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks โ

Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences.
The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs โ their service was excellent.
The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning,
