Hotel staffs and manager are very good, food is good .but main problem is property maintenance very bad,so many coockroch, mosquitoes , bathroom dirty tiles and smelly , no bath tub or shower room facilities for foreigners , I was expecting good but completely disappointed , I want concessions from the company . I complained hotel manager also ask for discount but no concession .

The cleanliness is the biggest problem. Sheets were smelly, bathroom had termites etc. The TV remote was not working. In relation to the charges the room condition and the facilities provided was horrible.
