"Great location, easy access to subway, JR station and bus terminal. Breakfast was pretty good, however, quality has declined when compared with my last visit, a bit disappointed."

The experience would be improved if the staff could proactively check on parking and briefly introduce the VIP perks during check-in. "The room was spacious and had a private open air bath. Amenities, laundry, and luggage storage can be found in the lobby. They offer a breakfast buffet that had plenty of vegetables and steak available daily. The staff was pleasant and it felt like a quiet area in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel."

"Very convenience since Hakata station is within walking distance and 7 eleven just down stair next to the hotel. Probably the best thing is the shampoo bar with many different type of japan brand shampoo and conditioner to try out."

"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."

"Modern hotel with free coffee in the library area. Breakfast is a small pastry or bread. Very convenient for Hakata train and bus station. Only complaint is that there is only one small elevator for all guests."
