"room and overall experience were mediocre, but what really impacted my stay was the lack of customer service. I approached the front desk and asked if it would be possible to switch rooms due to concerns with my current one. Rather than trying to help or explore options, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that room changes aren’t always possible, but a little effort and professionalism would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for good customer service."
