Kaikki oli aluksi ok. Hyvä sijainti Gyumrin keskustassa. Huone oli hiljainen, pieni ja siisti. Vastaanotossa maksuterminaali ei toiminut kunnolla ja huomasin, että minua tuplaveloitettiin. Sain rahani takaisin vasta lukuisien pyyntöjen jälkeen ja koin sen erittäin turhauttavaksi ja stressaavaksi. Asiakaspalvelu muuttui tässä vaiheessa erittäin epäkohteliaaksi. Tästä syystä suosittelen kaikille lämpimästi käteismaksua.
