Great apartment, but in need of maintenance.

This is a nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice and fun area. Therefore it's an even bigger shame, that the problem with water leaking from the ceiling in the corner of the living room - as well as disfunctional sliding doors to the roof top terrace - hadn't been proberly dealt with. I suppose these problems are only apparant on rainy days, but the state of corner wall and the sofa, onto which the water was dripping down, indicated that this was not a new or recent problem. Upon my request, Buena Vista did send a guy to fix the sliding doors, which solved a part of the problem with rain water leaking in. But the leakage from the ceiling is a bigger job - and it sadly lowers the quality of an otherwise great apartment.. The Buena Vista staff I communicated with, was always friendly and helpful.

Das Apartment ist großartig! Es bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Zwei Klimaanlagen sorgen im Sommer für angenehme Temperaturen in den Innenräumen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, und trotzdem ist man nur einen Katzensprung (ca. 30m) vom pulsierenden Leben in Sliema entfernt! Bei Fragen bekommt man innerhalb von wenigen Stunden eine Antwort, und auch bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen. TOP!!! Einziger Negativpunkt meinerseits ist die nicht vorhandene Geschirrspülmaschine. Da man aber unendlich viele Lokalitäten direkt vor der Tür hat ist das völlig ok. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!
